So, yesterday I went to Meijers with my mom (yes, I had to if I wanted to get bottle returns).
Anways, after returning bottles I wandered around store for about...2 hours? Yeah, around that long. Well, I decided that I'd take pictures of some of the *interesting* and *funny* things in meijers. Oh, trust me, there are plenty.
As I walked down every isle I came across the weight-loss pill section, along with, you guessed it, CONDOMS. Now, everyone teenage boy that passes by condoms in a store thinks one of these two things:
"hahaha, condoms! hahaha, Magnum XL, yeah, thats me. ha"
or
"hm, maybe I should buy them. I'm 16. I can have sex. Hey, gotta be prepared, right?"
Either way, I thought I'd take a picture of them. I was somewhere in between those two thoughts. ha
Well, after my trip to the condom rack I decided to check out the foreign food section. I think this isle is the best. I like mexican stuff and japanese stuff (if you haven't noticed). So, I took pictures of some japanese stuff. Including, one of my favorite japanese candy-things (not sure if it's more of a candy or a cookie, anyways..). POCKY. Pocky rock. I've only had 3 kinds, and here at meijer they only had 2. The traditional chocolate and strawberry.
Pocky are "chocolate covered biscuits," says the box. But I think that's a bad description. The average american, when they hear the word "biscuit" they think more of a bread product like an english-muffin, or maybe a [crescent] dinner roll. But it's nothing like that. It's more of a cookie texture, and dipped in chocolate. I give them a 9/10. Yeah, they're that good.
